Our Erasmus Staff Training Week targets all staff members from UVT’s partner universities interested in knowing more about us, as well as exploring the Challenges and Opportunities of the new Erasmus+ Programme and other processes of internationalization in the field of higher education in Europe and worldwide.
Our Programme includes: presentations of UVT’s 11 faculties all actively involved in Erasmus+ exchanges, presentation of our Department of International Relations and the Erasmus Office within it, job shadowing for all our participants, visit at the museum, networking and farewell dinners at nearby famous gourmet restaurant in Bazos and vineyard of Recas.
During the time spent together we will discuss various means and approaches to support all Erasmus+ participants in our universities in order to make them feel at home and offer optimum international study/placement/teaching/training conditions. Therefore, we would like to invite you all to share knowledge and good practices with us in Timisoara, the biggest city in the West of Romania.
Should you be interested in participating in our Erasmus Staff Training Week, 2nd edition 2015, please fill in the application form (available here) by the 20th of March 2015. Participation fee: 150 euros/ person (accommodation included) – to be paid upon arrival.
The accommodation we provide is in a residence hall located in the student campus (5 minutes walking distance from the main university building): double rooms (2 persons), sheets and covers included, Internet access provided. Accommodation is offered during the Erasmus Staff Training Week (maximum from Sunday night - 19th of April, until Friday night - 24th of April).
